We have a 30-day return & Exchanges policy

This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchanges, for any reason and without a justification.
1. To be eligible for a return or exchanges, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Within 30 days, we do not charge a return or exchanges handling fee if the return meets our refund requirements.
3. We will cover the postage for returns and exchanges.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues

1. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
2. We evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Once confirmed by us, we will exchange or return it for free and we will cover the exchange or return shipping costs.

Consumer Guarantees

1. If you purchase a product with major defects or minor defects, you have the right to request an exchange or refund within 30 days.
2. Our customer service team is unable to review any worn or used items via email or phone. All items must be physically returned either via mail to be processed, by the process detailed please contact us at service@forstina.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

1. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on any items that have been personalized or engraved.
2. Please ensure you check all spelling, grammar, punctuation, and the use of capital and lower-case letters when adding.
3. personalization to your order as we will personalize exactly what is entered.
4. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
5. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return Process

1. Send an email to the email address service@forstina.com.
2. We will request that you provide the order number and take photos of the returned product.
3. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Send it back to us as requested.
4. We will cover the postage for returns and exchanges.

Online cancellations & order amendments

1. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any online orders after your order is placed.
2. Amendments may include but are not limited to:

• Change of delivery address
• Changes to colors and sizes
• Adding or removing items
• Applying discounts
• Full order cancellations

Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.

Refunds

1. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
2. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
3. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
4. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at service@forstina.com.
